Baked Parsnip Fries

Ingredients
  • 1 large egg white
  • 2 teaspoons Fat Flush All-Purpose Seasoning
  • 8 parsnips, peeled and cut into “fries”
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk the egg white with the seasoning until foamy.
  3. Toss the parsnips in the egg white mixture until coated; spread fries evenly on a lined baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 15 minutes, turn the fries over and bake for 10 to 15 minutes more, or until browned.
