Makes 9 cups Ingredients 8 ounces unsweetened cranberry juice 8 ounces unsweetened pomegranate juice 7 cups water 1/2 cup fresh orange juice 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger Pinch of ground cloves Directions 1. Fat Flush Pink Lemonade

Cool, refreshing pink lemonade

Makes about 32 ounces (1 quart) Nothing beats Fat Flush-friendly pink lemonade. It is very refreshing and a nice, summery variation of plain Cranwater. Ingredients 4 ounces unsweetened 100% cranberry juice Juice of one lemon Juice of one lime 28 ounces water About 5 ice cubes Stevia, to taste Directions 1. Place all ingredients in a blender. 2. Serves 2 Ingredients ¼ cup lemon juice, freshly squeezed ¼ teaspoon Stevia Plus or to taste 2 cups chilled, purified water Directions Combine all ingredients until the Stevia Plus is completely dissolved. Serve chilled.
