Ingredients
1 oz 100% unsweetened cranberry juice
7 oz water

Directions:
Mix the juice and water.

      Hi Kate! The Fat Flush Plan isn’t a calorie counting program. However, if you’re interested in tracking your caloric intake, there are lots of free calorie counters online that work perfectly!

    Question: when drinking the 8oz cranwater w/psyllium husks in the am or pm, how does one time any supplements that should be taken. should pm supplements be taken before or after and how much time between drinking the cranwater/psyllium and taking? Thank you in advance for your response.

        Can you be more specific? I doubt any supplement specifically says that you can or can’t take with the Life long cocktail. Can supplements be taken with psyllium and cranberry juice??

          Hi Vicki! Staggering your psyllium with supplement dosage is a good idea, if no other instructions are available. However, it’s probably good to ask your supplement source about interactions with psyllium, specifically. (Or doctor if you’re taking medications.)

      Hi Karen! The Fat Flush Plan is a 3-phase healthy lifestyle program. Phase 1 is two weeks for detoxing, Phase 2 is ongoing until you meet your desired goal, and Phase 3 is for lifetime maintenance.
