1 cup Cranwater
1 tablespoon flax seed oil
1 cup frozen sliced peaches (1 medium peach)
1/2 cup frozen cooked sweet potato chunks
1/8 teaspoon cinnamon (or to taste)
Dash ginger (or to taste)
1 scoop Flora Key (optional)
1 scoop Fat Flush Vanilla Whey Protein
About 6 ice cubes
1 tablespoon ground flax seeds
Add Cranwater, flax oil, frozen peaches and sweet potato, dried spices and Flora Key (if using) to blender; blend for 1 minute. Add whey protein; blend for 1 minute. Add ice; blend for an additional minute. Add ground flax seeds. Pulse briefly just until flax seeds are mixed through.
