Method
- Set oven to high, or broil.
- Chop zucchini into 1/2-inch thick slices.
- Place on a pan; spritz with olive oil and sprinkle with any seasonings.
- Broil for 3-4 minutes, flip slices, and broil for about another minute.
Variation: Add any of your favorite spices, seasonings, and even dried herbs! Cayenne, oregano, garlic, thyme, ginger, etc.
